It’s a budget hotel, meaning don’t have high expectations. It’s located just down the road from the train station so there’s plenty of cabs and Tuk Tuks around. There’s some decent restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking for a budget hotel and don’t mind some place that’s below average this is the one.

Best hotel.. polite and helpful staff..best location Just opposite of railway station... receptionists are very good and helpful...worth hotel with money....for me rooms are good and with sufficient space as I am solo traveller... worth stay.

Service is good but rooms are in very bad condition Heater was not working in my room Fan was not working in my room Jet spray was not working in my rooms. There are some small insects in my room. But staff is very supportive.

Though the hotel Holiday Era was much clean and value for money option, still I would rate it 1 star only because of the way they were enquiring us. There should be some respect towards the customer. They should stop behaving to customers like customer has done something wrong. Totally disappointed. I suggest to look for a better option to other customers. And for staff including owner, learn how to behave with customer. Disgusting people 😡

Excellent location. Good for stay for tourists as it has traveling and food facilities nearby. Staff doesn't work after owner leaves. No cleaning of rooms or changing of bedsheets and towels.No provision of soap daily. Double rooms are good. Single rooms are stuffed. Lot of noise from busy road below way into the night and again starting early morning. Only two bottles of water off local brand complimentary per room. Whether you take single or double room or stay for multiple days. Rest you have to buy. Unsecured wifi,ac and tv in each room. Just enough for Traveller.
